Abstract
With PJ48181, system outage CPSE0203T "PROGRAM ERROR IN CCCPSE" might occur when a system dump takes longer than the anomaly detection dump control time threshold that you defined.
Content
APAR PJ48181 added anomaly detection support with a DUMPTIME control setting that temporarily disables detecting a new anomaly when a system dump exceeds the configured time threshold. The default DUMPTIME value is 0 and if the value is 0, you are not exposed to this issue. However, if you changed DUMPTIME to a non-zero value and a dump occurs that takes longer than the DUMPTIME defined value, a fixed-point-divide program exception error can occur. The CPSE0203T system outage occurs because the program exception happened during system dump processing.
Apply APAR PJ48349 to resolve the problem. If PJ48349 has not been applied, the temporary solution to avoid the possible system outage is to maintain the default value of zero for the DUMPTIME setting with the ZMAND CONTROL command.
