Troubleshooting
Problem
Migration Manager must be used to migrate IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) dashboard view configurations from a source environment (Development) to a target environment (Test or Production). Without Migration Manager, administrators must manually recreate configurations in every target environment.
Symptom
Users and administrators may observe one or more of the following
- Manually recreating dashboard configurations results in inconsistencies between environments
- No controlled or auditable way to move dashboard view settings from one environment to another
- Dashboard application behavior differs between source and target environments after a manual move
- Package creation/deployment error statuses
Specific error messages like "Signature key mismatch"
