    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PE fixer for UO07451 (PH70000 +PH69918  *
    *                      +PH69985 +PH70016 +PH70223).            *
    *                                                              *
    *                      Application cloning source or target    *
    *                      server jobs might finish with RC=8 and  *
    *                      SQLCODE -311 when the cloned objects    *
    *                      include LOB or XML table spaces created *
    *                      prior to Db2 12.                        *
    *                                                              *
    *                      As a PE fixer, it also contains the     *
    *                      following fixes:                        *
    *                      1. The following changes will be        *
    *                      implemented regarding TS_COMPRESS       *
    *                      mismatches for implicit LOB table       *
    *                      spaces created by the application       *
    *                      cloning DDL generator:                  *
    *                      Implicit LOB table spaces with a        *
    *                      potential TS_COMPRESS mismatch will no  *
    *                      longer be created as explicit by        *
    *                      default. This option will now be        *
    *                      available through a separate keyword.   *
    *                      When application cloning detects a LOB  *
    *                      table space with a potential            *
    *                      TS_COMPRESS mismatch and the table      *
    *                      space is created as DEFINE NO on the    *
    *                      target, application cloning will        *
    *                      automatically resolve the mismatch by   *
    *                      executing the required ALTER TABLESPACE *
    *                      statements.                             *
    *                      2. When a table in a DEFINE YES table   *
    *                      space has a DEFINE NO index,            *
    *                      application cloning excludes the table  *
    *                      with all related objects from the       *
    *                      cloning or attempts to use UNLOAD/LOAD  *
    *                      to copy it. If the affected table is    *
    *                      excluded, additional symptoms include   *
    *                      source job ending with RC4 without any  *
    *                      warning messages.                       *
    *                      3. The application cloning source job   *
    *                      with DDL generation enabled and the     *
    *                      DDL-REPORT option set to Y might        *
    *                      terminate with an S0C4 abend in module  *
    *                      CKZ00541. The workaround is to disable  *
    *                      DDL-REPORT.                             *
    *                      4. When subsystem cloning target        *
    *                      volumes include EAVs, the RENAME        *
    *                      command might end with an S878 abend    *
    *                      while processing the target volume      *
    *                      VTOCs. The workaround is to reduce the  *
    *                      value of the MAX-TASKS keyword.         *
    *                      5. The subsystem cloning RENAME command *
    *                      with the DRIVEACS keyword might end     *
    *                      with an S878 or S822 abend. The         *
    *                      workaround is to disable DRIVEACS.      *

    Application cloning source or target server jobs might finish
    with RC=8 and SQLCODE -311 when the cloned objects include LOB
    or XML table spaces created prior to Db2 12.
    
    As a PE fixer, it also contains the following fixes:
    1. The following changes will be implemented regarding
    TS_COMPRESS mismatches for implicit LOB table spaces created by
    the application cloning DDL generator: Implicit LOB table spaces
    with a potential TS_COMPRESS mismatch will no longer be created
    as explicit by default. This option will now be available
    through a separate keyword. When application cloning detects a
    LOB table space with a potential TS_COMPRESS mismatch and the
    table space is created as DEFINE NO on the target, application
    cloning will automatically resolve the mismatch by executing the
    required ALTER TABLESPACE statements.
    2. When a table in a DEFINE YES table space has a DEFINE NO
    index, application cloning excludes the table with all related
    objects from the cloning or attempts to use UNLOAD/LOAD to copy
