Error description
While the Managed HOD V 16.0.1 users are actively working on a 3270 display session, the session becomes unresponsive (hangs) when they attempt to reconnect after a network drop or a VPN disconnection.
Local fix
Problem summary
When the user launches the HTML page and connects to the 3270 display session, everything works as expected initially. However, while actively working on the session, if the VPN gets disconnected and then reconnects, the session fails to relaunch the screen and becomes unresponsive.
Problem conclusion
The Javacore dump analysis shows a deadlock in the startcommunication method and code changes have been made to resolve the issue.
