Problem
In IBM Rational Software Architect Designer (RSAD) 11.0.0, the Refresh option is not available when right-clicking folders within a project. This behavior is observed in scenarios such as BPMN model projects where folders are created inside the project structure.
In contrast, earlier versions such as RSAD 10 display the Refresh option for both projects and folder
