Error description

  and HSMA320(PTF UO07154)
  
  Other releases not affected.
  
  User Impact:
  
  APAR PH70152 fixed the original problem it reported but
  introduced a new problem. The PTFs UO07155 / UO07154 for APAR
  PH70152 are missing ++HOLD for REASON(ACTION) for the dependency
  on IBM Semeru 25. If your IZUPRMxx member does not specify
  JAVA_HOME, z/OSMF will now assume the default JAVA_HOME path of
  /usr/lpp/java/J25.0_64.  In this circumstance, if IBM Semeru 25
  is not installed or /usr/lpp/java/J25.0_64 does not exist, then
  z/OSMF will fail to initialize and the following messages will
  be issued:
     CWWKB0234E JAVA_HOME location /usr/lpp/java/J25.0_64 does not
       exist
     CWWKB0210E Failed to resolve JAVA_HOME

Local fix

• APAR PH70152 changes z/OSMF default Java level to IBM Semeru
  Runtime Certified Edition for z/OS Version 25. If you have not
  installed IBM Semeru Runtime for z/OS Version 25, you need to
  specify JAVA_HOME in z/OSMF Parmlib member that you use to
  configure z/OSMF. In IZUPRMxx you must specify JAVA_HOME and
  point to the directory location where supported IBM Semeru
  Runtime for z/OS is installed on your z/OS system. For example,
  JAVA_HOME(/usr/lpp/java/J21.0_64)
