Organizations hosted in the instances listed below of IBM StreamSets Control Hub may have encountered intermittent issues with login and user management tasks on Wednesday, 15 th April 2026, from 22:57 PM PST to 23:01 PM PST.

What happened:

During routine system maintenance, we updated core platform components that enable internal service communication. These components briefly restarted, resulting in a temporary disruption in service discovery and communication. No pipelines were affected. Organisations hosted on the IBM StreamSets Control Hub instances mentioned above may have experienced intermittent login and user management issues.

 
Resolution:

Team immediately identified the cause, stabilized the platform, and restored full service. All systems are now operating normally.
