Error description

• With IMS Tools Common Pauser active, BMP ends with ABEND0C4 in
  FOIVPBPG offset X'3B0'.

  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM IMS Tools Base for z/OS     *
  *                 Version 1 Release 7 (FMID: HAHN170) who use  *
  *                 the IMS Tools Common Pauser.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When running an AMODE 24 BMP            *
  *                      application using the IMS Tools Common  *
  *                      Pauser, a 0C4 abend occurs in FOIVPBPG  *
  *                      or FOIVPLP5 after the application       *
  *                      processing completes.                   *
  *                      In addition, the IMS Tools Common       *
  *                      Pauser overrides the BMP application    *
  *                      return code to 00.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR, and     *
  *                 recopy the IMS Tools Common Pauser modules   *
  *                 using the copy JCL hlq.SFOISAMP(FOIVACT2).   *
  ****************************************************************
  When running an AMODE 24 BMP application using the IMS Tools
  Common Pauser, a 0C4 abend occurs in FOIVPBPG or FOIVPLP5 after
  the application processing completes.
  In addition, the IMS Tools Common Pauser overrides the BMP
  application return code to 00.
  
  This APAR prevents the 0C4 abend in the IMS Tools Common Pauser
  and ensures that the correct return code returned by the BMP
  application is displayed.
