Problem
Opening the Application folder or publishing reports to Planning Analytics Workspace from Planning Analytics for Excel displays an empty window that does not display any files or folders
Symptom
Cause
This issue is seen in high display resolution monitors and laptops.
Environment
Seen in all versions of Planning Analytics for Excel
Resolving The Problem
Resize the window by clicking on any edge and the folders and files will appear as below
