Problem conclusion

• Due to a PE (Program In Error),
  APAR PH68222 (Sept 2025 COBOL Runtime PTF)
  reverted the changes introduced by
  APAR PH67050 (July 2025 COBOL Runtime PTF)
  for 'NEW FUNC: LONG MULTIPLICATION PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT'.
  
  The COBOL Runtime error identified in the PE has been resolved.
  
  This APAR is a continuation of PH68222 and re-enables
  the long multiplication performance improvement originally
  introduced by PH67050. This APAR is exclusively applicable to
  AMODE 31 COBOL programs running on z/OS V3R2.
