ESRI GIS Authentication Failure in TRIRIGA Environment Despite Valid Credentials.

Question & Answer

Question

Why does ESRI GIS authentication fail when retrieving coordinate data in a TRIRIGA environment despite using valid client_id and client_secret credentials.

Answer

The issue was identified in the Integration Object Geocode Address – Esri – Authentication. Under the Response Map, the Default Action was incorrectly configured. Updating the Default Action to Create (triCreate) resolved the issue. After making this change and validating the credentials in GIS Esri Authentication, the authentication was successful.
