How to schedule PM Activity run across all weekdays

Steps

• Select the Project Name on Landing page.

  

• Navigate to PM scheduler in CMMS using search bar.

  

• Once the scheduler page is opened, Click on Scheduler to schedule a PM Activity.

  

   

• To schedule a PM Activity, the user must first select the project name from the project list in the dropdown. If the user wants the activity to repeat on a monthly basis, they must also select the date range indicating how long the activity should continue to be scheduled.
• 

• Once the Project and date was selected, Click on Add icon a Work order.
  
  

   

• After clicking Add, select the device name and choose the activity using Subclassification and Activity. Once the asset and activity are selected, click the Apply icon to schedule the activity.

  

   

• To schedule an activity, click on calendar icon available under Scheduler

  

   

• To Schedule a PM Activity, scheduler prompt will open to schedule an activity on monthly basis. Using Scheduler, Select the data range user want to schedule an activity. Once the date range was selected, select the Monthly in Repeat field and select the frequency as Every Month and disable the only weekdays checkbox and select the day on the month activity to be scheduled and click apply to schedule an activity.

  

• Once the activity is scheduled, Select the Assignee, Crew, Assigned to and Approver

  

   

• Once all the required details are filled in, enter the template name and save the activity to be scheduled.

  

• Once the template is saved, click Schedule the Work Order to schedule the created work order.
