Troubleshooting
Problem
Clicking on the Open in a new window link in a dashboard widget showing a Jazz Reporting Service (JRS) report results in the selected configuration in the report to be displayed as configuration URL rather than name.
Symptom
Steps to reproduce:
- Display a dashboard showing a JRS report widget based on the Lifecycle Query Engine scoped to a Configuration data source.
- Select a configuration in the widget and run the report from the widget.
- Click Open in a new Window. The report is opened in Report Builder in a new browser tab.
Expected result: the selected configuration name is displayed on top of the report
Actual result: the selected configuration URL is displayed.
Cause
Unknown.
Resolving The Problem
Delete and re-create the affected report.
