PH70669: UNPREDICTABLE ABENDS0C4 OR INCORROUT WHEN PERFORMING AN UNLOAD IN NATIVE MODE

Error description

• A Db2 HPU unload performed in native mode can terminate with a
  0C4 ABEND or output incorrect unloaded data (unpredictable
  content) when at least one of the following conditions is
  fulfilled:
  
  - A LOB or XML column is unloaded
  - The table is unloaded from an image copy
  - A TIMESTAMP WITH TIMEZONE column is unloaded when INDEXSCAN is
  activated
  
  Root cause and likelihood of the issue
  --------------------------------------
  This potential issue results from the lack of initialization of
  a variable to low values. Its occurrence and its effects are
  unpredictable since the lack of initialization has an effect
  only if the memory allocated by the system for the concerned
  data area does not contain low values. The lack of
  initialization was uncovered thanks to a debugging version, but
  the issue it could trigger was neither reported nor could be
  produced with a public version which proves this issue is very
  unlikely although it is worth a preventive fix.
