EN2W / EN2X CCIN 2F0F 4-port ethernet adapters do not support diagnostic wrap plug test

Problem

PCIe3 4-port 10 GbE adapter (FC EN2W and FC EN2X; CCIN 2F04) does not support an external wrap plug test. Tests run against the adapter ports will NOT return an accurate result.   AIX test will always indicate the wrap test has passed and in IBM I the wrap test will always indicate the test has failed even though no test was performed. 

Symptom

AIX:

When running a wrap plug test against a EN2W / EN2X port from AIX diagnostics menu the test will indicate the test was successful without testing the port.

IBM I:

From IBM SST or DST running Adapter wrap test will always return a message that the test has failed without testing the port.

Cause

The EN2W / EN2X adapters do not support wrap test.
