IBM License Metric Tool application update 9.2.43 is now available!

Application update 9.2.43 introduces the following new features and changes:

• Changes in assuring compliance with federal encryption standards
• Configuring the connection to IBM Software Central by using the IBM Entitlement Key
• Considerations for upgrading the central VM Manager Tool
• Support for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 16 for the following components:
  • Disconnected scanner on x86 and POWER
  • VM Manager Tool and Scans Relay on x86
• End of support for Windows 10
• Removal of an old signature for Netcool Syslog Probes from the software catalog
• Retrieving information about end of eligibility through REST API
• Fixes for Known Issues and defects
• Security enhancements

Installation packages
Installation packages will be available on Passport Advantage tentatively on 30th March 2026. If you use Licesne Metric Tool with BigFix and want to upgrade earlier, download the installer by using a fixlet. Content of this application update is published on the following BigFix site: IBM License Reporting (ILMT) v9 - version 168.
