Error description

• When a non-HALDB database with a secondary index was processed
  by the Smart Reorg utility with the REORGINPUT=ULDS option
  specified, an ABEND0C4 occurred.
  The failure was detected in module HPSRLGSC, which resides in
  the HPSRHDL5 load module.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This problem occurs for the following types of databases:
  - A non-HALDB database with a secondary index, or
  - A HALDB database, regardless of PSINDEX definition.
  
  When these databases are executed under the following
  conditions, the issue may occur:
  - When processed using the Load API, or
  - When processed by the Smart Reorg Utility with
    REORGINPUT=ULDS.
  The failure was caused by an internal error in which the
  processing logic attempted to reference control block beyond
  the valid number of entries.
  This out-of-range access caused an ABEND0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified to ensure that the number of control
  block entries is properly validated.
