Error description

• When attempting to ALTER COLUMN on base table with active
  versioning, run job fails with SQLCODE = -20180.

  When Object Comparison Tool is used to generate an ALTER
  COLUMN SET DEFAULT statement for a temporal table, the apply job
  fails with SQLCODE -20180. This error is due to versioning being
  active on the temporal table when the ALTER COLUMN statement is
  executed.
