  IHS may crash in the process_socket() routine when using the
  event MPM. This may occur when a single child process is driven
  to 100% thread usage. If LogLevel info is enabled for at least
  mpm_event, messages IHS00040 or IHS00041 are an indication that
  the condition is present.
  

Problem conclusion
