Problem conclusion
The core of Apache was updated to add an "IgnoreModule" directive. It takes a name argument, the same as the first parameter to a later "LoadModule" If a module is named via IgnoreModule, subsequent LoadModule directives for the same name will be short-circuited and have no affect. Usage is like: IgnoreModule oneagent_module The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 9.0.5.27.
