  * USERS AFFECTED: All Db2 13 for z/OS users of DSNTXAZP, the   *
  *                 DSNTIDxx refresh tool.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Future additions or changes to the      *
  *                      YAML configuration file generated by    *
  *                      DSNTXAZP may disrupt applications       *
  *                      that rely on the file. Additionally,    *
  *                      certain parameter attributes are not    *
  *                      tracked in the YAML file.               *
  ****************************************************************
  The DSNTXAZP tool generates a YAML configuration file
  containing parameter names and values in separate sections.
  The YAML configuration file currently lacks the following:
  
    1. Version label: Applications that currently read the
       YAML value for Db2 configuration parameters may be
       disrupted when future parameters are added or structures
       are changed.
  
    2. Attributes: Parameter attributes like non-discoverable
       (parameters that cannot be discovered by DSNTXAZP) or
       discovery warnings are not generated in the YAML
       configuration file. Users may find it difficult to
       identify parameters that need to be reviewed.

• This APAR enhances the YAML configuration file.
  
    1. Version and APAR Number label:
       To help applications that require a version of the file,
       two new key-values are added to the YAML file. The first
       key-value, "APAR", lists the most recent APAR that
       changed the YAML file structure. The second key-value,
       "version", lists the current version of the YAML file
       structure.
  
       Sample "APAR" and "version" keys:
         APAR: "PH70394"
         version: "1.0.0"
  
    2. Non-discoverable parameters:
       A new comment is generated on a new line above the
       non-discoverable parameters.
  
       Sample comment:
         # {NON-DISCOVERABLE}
         parameter: value
  
    3. Parameters that DSNTXAZP will generate a DSNT060I
       warning for:
  
       (a) A new key-value "warnings", lists the number of
       parameters with DSNT060I warnings. The "warnings" key is
       only generated when 1 or more DSNT060I warnings have
       been issued.
  
         Sample "warnings" key:
           warnings: "x parameters were generated with DSNT060I
                      warning messages. Review all parameters
                      that were generated with this warning
                      below, and change the values as needed.
                      To find the warnings, you can search on
                      {WARNING DSNT060I}."
  
       (b) A new comment is generated on a new line above the
       parameters that DSNTXAZP generates a DSNT060I warning
       for.
  
       Sample comment:
         # {WARNING DSNT060I} For more detail: find the warning
           message in the DD SYSOUT or in a location determined
           by the calling application.
         parameter: value
