Why is zip code used with CA as country is not being rejected?
Cause
This needs to be run as a Type 5 rule that has to be enabled and is in the qualifier file define code list T5_051 which is US ZIP, ZIP Plus 4 and CA Postal Codes.

Enable Type 5 checking as this is in the qualifier file define code list T5_051 which is US ZIP, ZIP Plus 4 and CA Postal Codes.
