Steps
1. Open CMMS Scheduler
- Launch the CMMS PM Scheduler from the application.
- On the top‑right corner, click on the Scheduler option.

2. Select Project and Date Range
- Choose the required Project.
Enter the Start Date and End Date for the schedule based on the maintenance use case.

3. Add Asset
- Click on the “+” (Add Asset) icon.
- In the asset selection window, click the Search toggle.

- Search using Subclassifications to quickly filter the asset list.
- Select the asset that needs to be scheduled.
Example: In this reference, you will select the Inverters.
4. Select Activity
After selecting the asset, choose the Activity to be performed for that asset.

5. Assign Resources
- Assign the following roles:
- Crew
- Assignee
- Approver
6. Save as Template
- Once all the above criteria are completed, the scheduler page will be displayed with all details populated.
- Under the Template section:
- Provide a meaningful Template Name.
Use the Save Template option available on the right side.


7. Reuse Template for Future Months
- For upcoming months, simply select this template by choosing the saved Activity Name.
- This reduces manual effort and ensures uniformity across monthly scheduling.
8. Access Template and Schedule Work Order
- After the template is created, go to the Template Toggle.
Search and confirm the template name you created.
Example: Inverter Monthly PM.
- On the right-side Top, you will see the option “Edit.”
- On the right side down, you will see the option “Schedule Work Order.”
- Click it, and then click Yes to confirm.
The Work Order will now be scheduled automatically based on the template configuration.
