Why can’t I see all my artifacts when searching for them in Doors Next Generation ?

Cause

The most common cause of this behavior is due to the size of the module the amount of artifacts may be too large to display in a view at one time.

Answer

The artifacts are currently displayed, but you may need to change the view or page to see the next set of artifacts.

Below is a screenshot showing the number of artifacts currently displayed. The next hyperlink is available to view the remaining ten artifacts from the current view.

You can increase the number of rows displayed per page by using the page setting option in a view.
