Troubleshooting
Problem
Jazz Reporting Service Report Builder reports are failing with the DB2 SQL error 'SQLCODE=-952, SQLSTATE=57014', indicating a timeout while fetching data from the database. This can happen both with Data Warehouse and Lifecycle Query Engine reports using the relational store.
Symptom
Reports are loading for several minutes before failing with the error message: 'CRRGW5503E An unexpected response was received from the data source: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-952, SQLSTATE=57014, SQLERRMC=null, DRIVER=4.26.14'.
