PH69658 resolves the following problem:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Confidential for Security Integrity interim fix CVE-2025-14923.

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
Confidential for Security Integrity interim fix CVE-2025-14923.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Confidential for CVE-2025-14923.

After the fix is applied, a new warning message might appear at server start if the server configuration contains AES-encrypted passwords without a custom encryption key. The Warning message will appear as the following:

[WARNING ] CWWKS1865W: One or more of your AES-encrypted passwords were encrypted without a custom encryption key. To improve the security of your stored credentials, re-encrypt them using a custom encryption key. Be sure to store this key in a secure location.
