Troubleshooting
Problem
After upgrading to IBM Information Server 11.7.1.6 SP1, several metadata import bridges do not appear in the IMAM Import/Export interface. This affects both MetaBroker‑based bridges and IDA bridges.
Symptom
Customers may observe the following:
• MetaBroker bridges such as Erwin Data Modeler, SAP PowerDesigner, and Informatica bridges do not appear.
• IDA bridges are also not listed.
• Only IBM File‑Based Bridges (CSV, Excel, XML, etc.) are displayed.
• No error messages are shown during upgrade or in the IMAM user interface.
• Metadata import for affected bridge types cannot be performed.
