PH68519: ABEND 0C4 IN BBOATRUE WITH CICS TS 6.3

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CICS 6.3 using WOLA load libraries from WebSphere Application
  Server for z/OS causes ASRA abend when BBOC START_SRVR command
  issued to register CICS  as a client to WOLA.
  
  
  The CICS  logs will show messages like this:
  
  
  DFHAP0707 IY3SZCNS An abend (code 0C4/AKEA) has occurred in
  task related user exit program BBOATRUE.
  
  
  
  
  DFHAP0001 IY3SZCNS An abend (code 0C4/AKEA) has occurred at
  offset X'FFFFFFFF' in module BBOATRUE.

  is not supported. When connecting to CICS 6.3 using WebSphere
  Optimized local adapters. There is also an ABEND0C4/ABENDS0C4 in
  bboatrue.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added support for CICS 6.3 to WebSphere Optimized Local
  Adapters. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix
