Introduction
IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation automates business operations to improve employee productivity and deliver a better end-to-end customer experience. It offers a unified user experience for consistency across operations, reusable skills and assets that you can share between products, and platform services that drive analytics and insights with operational intelligence.
The platform provides products in three core areas of automation -- content, workflow, and decisions -- and can work with your existing infrastructure. For example, it can support case management at an insurance company by searching files for relevant data, coordinating business processes to complete claims, and applying decisions based on company policies. Accessing Red Hat Enterprise Linux installation binaries
The IBM Cloud Paks include entitlement to Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The preferred method of accessing and installing these offerings is to follow the standard installation documentation from Red Hat and register your systems by using your Red Hat Network subscription. Getting access to container images
You must get access to the Cloud Pak container images before you edit the custom resource file. You can use the IBM Entitled Registry or a local image registry. For more information, see Getting access to images from the public IBM Entitled Registry.
Disk space requirements
You need 35-40 GB of disk space on your computer to download, unpack, and install the products. The entire solution uses about 15 GB when installed. You can delete the downloaded files after you unpack them
Downloading
Follow these instructions to download your files:
- Go to IBM Passport Advantage Online and use your IBM ID to sign in.
- Select Find by part number in the download finder options.
- Search for your files by using the part numbers that are listed below.
- Download the files to a directory on your computer.
