| APAR | Application Name | Description |
|---|---|---|

| DT449977 | Scheduler/Crew | There is no error when deleting the labor-craft or saving the Labor record if LaborCraftRate records are modified/deleted after the initial assignment. |
| DT456261 | UI | In the Security Groups application, creating a Global Data Restriction to make a field read‑only also blocks attachment uploads. |
| DT456299 | System (Object) | Cursors are left open for mafappdata query when stableId is null |
| DT393727 | Spatial | In Maximo Mobile, the map zoom level loaded from the vtpk file has less granularity than the VTPK provides, causing the map to display a gray area. |
| DT456659 | Collections | Adding Locations to a Collection does not update the value of orgid. |
| DT456898 | UI | Checkbox display is misaligned. |
| DT455986 | UI | In the Work Order Tracking Plans tab, the pagination bar is missing on 'Children of WO X' table when returning from 'Go To Work Order' navigation. |
| DT457171 | Scheduler/Crew | In the Graphical Scheduling application, when a user runs the Set Work to Day action, the system does not apply the correct DST adjustment. |
| DT457220 | Scheduler/Crew | In Work Order Tracking, when a user selects Complete Assignment from the Assignments tab for an assignment in ASSIGNED status, the system creates the expected LABTRANS record but does not change the assignment status to COMPLETE. |
| DT457229 | UI | In the Start Center on larger monitors, when a user zooms in, the system shows the horizontal scroll bar as expected. After the user zooms back out, the scroll bar remains visible instead of disappearing. |
| DT457411 | UI | In Environments in which Lithuanian set as as the secondary language, the system does not display Long Description text. |
| DT457550 | UI | Application menu labels display in the language tied to the Locale setting. The system ignores the Language field in the user profile, so the interface defaults to the Locale language instead of using the user’s Language preference. |
| DT457705 Manual Change | Purchase orders | Canceling a Purchase Order referenced on an Invoice with no receipts displays the error BMXAA3335E – "Items have already been received for this purchase order.". |
| DT457642 | UI | In all applications, when a user opens a drop‑down menu and then scrolls without selecting an option, the menu stays fixed on the screen instead of remaining attached to its field. |
| DT445891 | Mobile | In a Batch Inspection, completing only the last inspection returns to the list of assigned inspections list. |
| DT457313 | Spatial | In Spatial, when a user imports a PLUSSMAPMANAGER_MIF XML file, the system creates ArcGISDataSync cron instances with blank parameters. |
| DT457935 | Mobile | In Work Order Tracking, when a user processes many Work Orders that include inspections and videos, the sync operation fails to complete. |
| DT457844 | Configuration Tool | In the Application Configuration tool, when a user previews an application, the system may time out because it must build the application and start the preview server container before display. This process can exceed the external application timeout limit and cause the preview to fail. |
| DT458395 | Service items | Duplicating a Service Item with a Classification does not add the attributes to the new Item. |
| DT458494 | System UI | Users cannot open an attachment if a file name contains a full-width space. |
| DT458514 | System (Object) | In Mobile, when OSLC async job fetching is enabled, some async job requests do not complete. The system continues to return 202 responses during polling and eventually returns a 400 error. |
| DT458635 | System (Object) | Accessing the Swagger page using an API Key fails with Failed to load API definition message. |
| DT458133 | UI | The Maximo Mobile Service Request weblink does not open in a new window and causes the application to hang. |
| DT458763 | UI | Changes made to queries in Work Queue Manager are not updated in Operational Dashboard. |

| DT459009 | Spatial | In Spatial, when the mapapp processes NAD83 Zone 11N coordinates from the Geocoder, the system returns an error. |
| DT459036 | Mobile | In Maximo Mobile, when a user performs a Data Update, the device sets the page size for most delta OSLC queries to a fixed value, not the page sizes defined in the app.xml files. |
| DT459045 | Mobile | In the Service Request Role-Based Application, selecting a location fails with error BMXAA4134E - "SADDRESSCODE did not validate.". |
| DT459151 | Assets | User receives an error BMXAA7136E / BMXAA4157E when creating a new Asset record where the base language is Japanese (JA). |
| DT458658 | Work Order Tracking | In Data Sheets, the Required? button on the PM Work Order Data Sheet becomes editable when users enter and remove field values before saving. |
| DT459344 | Craft | Deleting a craft in "ORG B" fails with error BMXAA3454E - "Cannot delete craft MS because it is referenced by a QualCraftSkill", even though the dependency exists only in "ORG A." |
| DT459406 | Assets | While navigating Asset records, saving a new Asset without entering data triggers an error. When users return to the list view and click the next‑page arrow, the system displays "BMXAA6713E – The MBO fetch operation failed with SQL error code -4470.". |
| DT459577 | UI | In Role‑Based Applications, the Cookie Preferences dialog appears at the bottom of the screen and blocks the application list. The dialog reappears each time a Role‑Based Application is opened, even after the user accepts the cookies. |

| DT459788 | UI | In the Mobile Assets application, the Priority field shows an “invalid number” error because the smart‑input control does not handle a null value or clear the warning with an on‑blur event. As a result, the warning remains visible until an out‑of‑range value is entered and then corrected. |
| DT459781 | UI | An annotated attachment is moved to an incorrect attachment folder. |
| DT459943 | Configuration Tool | In Application Configuration, when the Preview action is used for a Mobile application, caching problems can occur and affect the preview results. |
| DT459959 | Operator – Manage | In the Manage application, when skipImageBuild is set to true, the Manage Operator generates invalid Dockerfiles in the ConfigMap for external image builds. The files have formatting errors, such as missing line breaks, which prevent image builds without manual fixes. |
| DT458256 | System (Object) | In the License Usage application, the Re‑Calculate License Summary action does not return results when the session language is set to a secondary language. |
| DT459979 | Mobile | In the Technician application, when a user selects the Back button, the system redirects to the Main List View instead of the Task List. |
| DT446654 | Configuration Tool | Cannot upgrade duplicate Mobile applications. |
| DT460073 | Mobile | In the Mobile Assets Role‑Based Application, the system retrieves vendor records from a different organization, even though vendor records are organization‑specific. |

| DT460756 | Operator – Manage | In an air‑gapped MAS environment, when configuration changes are made with the Maximo IT add‑on selected or already installed, the system does not save the updates. Attempts to apply changes through the MAS Admin UI do not persist, and the interface provides no success or error feedback. |
| DT460858 | Mobile | In the Create Service Request Role‑Based Application, when a new Service Request is created using Describe the Request and the user selects Service Address and chooses Save My GPS Location, the operation never completes. |
| DT460896 | System (Object) | Liberty enforces a size limit on ephemeral storage available to Manage. |

| DT461835 | Scheduler/Crew | In Scheduling, when Rolling is enabled on a scenario that was not originally configured as Rolling, the system creates duplicate entries in SKDPROJECTSCENARIO—one for Optimization and one for Rolling. This duplicate entry causes the Auto Publish step in Optimization to fail, so the Last Published Date and Published By fields are not updated. |
| DT462160 | Mobile | In Mobile, when a new Work Order is created for a newly added Asset, the system incorrectly displays meter reading values from a previous Work Order. |
| DT462599 | Spatial | In Map Manager, after an offline area is created, Maximo Mobile does not display or allow download of the new offline area on mobile devices. |

| The Generate WO Ahead By (tolerance) setting no longer affects Units to Go, Estimated Next Due Date, or the Work Order Target Start Date. The system uses the tolerance only during Work Order generation. The tolerance allows a Work Order to be generated ahead of the actual frequency point without changing the Preventive Maintenance schedule. |
