  to retrieve current status of history collections configurations
  (started, in error)
  - new endpoints: POST /api/v1/data/historycollections/start and
  /api/v1/data/historycollections/stop to start / stop
  historical data collections.
  - GET /api/v1/system/tables contains PRIMARYKEY values in
  response.
  
  Other:
  - Global Memory Manager internal updates.
  - minor bugfixes
