Error description

  • HPU unduly terminates when unloading an image copy using a DDL
    with the DDLDDN keyword if INSERT ALGORITHM is specified in the
    following scenarios:
    
    Scenario 1
    
    - The DDL contains a TABLESPACE DDL with the following
      characteristics:
        - DSSIZE NUMPARTS and INSERT ALGORITHM are specified
        - DSSIZE is specified before INSERT ALGORITHM
        - NUMPARTS is specified after INSERT ALGORITHM
      In this case, HPU terminates with the following message:
      INZI527E DDL ANALYSING: DSSIZE OPTION REQUIRES MISSING
      NUMPART, MAXPART OR LOB OPTION.
    
    Scenario 2
    
    - The DDL contains a TABLESPACE DDL with the following
      characteristics:
        - NUMPARTS and INSERT ALGORITHM are specified
        - DSSIZE is not specified
        - NUMPARTS is specified after INSERT ALGORITHM
      In this case, HPU terminates with the following message:
      INZU395E THE IMAGE COPY CANNOT BE USED FOR THE TABLE SPACE
      dbname.tsname FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON:
      THE IMAGE COPY CONTAINS DATA FROM A PARTITIONED TABLESPACE
      THE SPECIFIED TABLESPACE IS A NON-PARTITIONED TABLESPACE.
    

Local fix

  • Remove INSERT ALGORITHM from the DDL
