Error description

• In IBM Storage Insights, data collection for FlashSystem and
  Storwize devices running firmware version 8.3.0 or below keeps
  changing to "Task Expired."
  
  Even when data collection is manually initiated, the status
  reverts to "Task Expired" within minutes, resulting in no
  performance data being collected.
