Release Notes


Abstract

This document lists APARs and Known Issues fixed in the Maximo IT 9.2 Feature Channel January Release.
In addition to the new fixes listed here, new features and additions are also included.

Content

The following enhancements and features have been added in the latest Feature channel:

  1. Agentic AI assisted incident summarization and knowledge creation (solution generation)
  2. Expanded Service Delivery scope to include service requests
  3. Create incidents and service requests directly from Service Delivery

Note: Be aware, this channel subscription is supported for non-production use only. It allows early access to new features for evaluation is non-production environments. This subscription is offered alongside and in parallel with our normal maintained streams. When using this subscription, IBM Support will only accept cases for the latest available bundle deployed in a non-production environment. Severity must be either 3 or 4 and cases cannot be escalated. Please refer to Maximo IT IBM documentation for more details.
