Error description

• Changing Stored Procedure OWNER and SP field PACKAGE OWNER does
  not result in a transferred owner.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Object Comparison Tool reports          *
  *                      ownership changes to native stored      *
  *                      procedures, but the changes are not     *
  *                      taking effect.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  When processing a change of ownership for a native stored
  procedure, Object Compare reports the changed owner in the
  Object Comparison report, but attempts to change the owner
  with an ALTER statement, resulting in a silent loss of
  ownership change.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problems have been resolved.
