  Administration Tool ISPF under any of the following conditions:
  - The length of IMSPlex name is less than five characters
  - The length of IMS ID is less than four characters
  
  Error message:
  ATY$AIMQ REXX ERROR 40 IN LINE 827: Incorrect call to routine
  x = value('PLX'plexname)
