API Connect v10.0.8.7 contains fixes for following known issues:

DT458392	Cloud-level Gateway Service stuck in "offline_resync" due to "deadlock detected" error or 409 conflicts of "could not serialize access due to concurrent update" error
DT462074	Portal might throw errors when storing raw metadata in the apic_metadata field.
DT433134	API Connect 10.0.X OVA vulnerable to timing attacks.
DT462058	Scopes missing for portal client (code + upgrade)
