Error description

• When the browser language is set to English, the Capacity Usage
  Forecast in Storage Insights displays the capacity forecast
  graph correctly.
  
  However, when the browser language is changed to French,
  Japanese, or any other non-English language, the capacity
  forecast graph is no longer displayed and appears to show no
  data.
  Despite the graph being missing, the capacity forecast values
  are still present and correctly populated in the table view of
  the Capacity Usage Forecast section.
