Issues addressed in this fix:
- DT459091: Maximo Application Suite: DT459091 - Password requirement (password reuse check) is not enforced on the server side. The backend allows a user to set the new password to be the same as the current password via MAS API and by modifying UI requests.
- Security updates in the base image and Python modules.
- Addition of the following application versions to the Maximo Application Suite UI catalog:
- IBM Maximo Application Suite - Manage 9.0.21
- IBM Maximo Application Suite - IoT 9.0.16
- IBM Maximo Application Suite - Assist 9.0.13
- IBM Maximo Application Suite - Optimizer 9.0.19
- IBM Maximo Application Suite - Monitor 9.0.17
