Question
When adding a Friend (Outbound) between ELM apps (e.g., JTS ↔ RSE), the friend creation fails with:
CRJAZ1341E The remote server responded to the request to generate a provisional OAuth consumer key with a HTTP status code 403 error.
This error means the target server refused to issue a provisional OAuth consumer key. In practice, that happens when the two applications aren’t allowed (or properly set up) to trust each other for OAuth/OIDC during the friending step
