Error description

• This APAR introduces support for passing online dependent region
  initialization parameters using DFSOPT DD when IMS Program
  Restart Facility (PRF) is used.
  Previously, parameters could only be passed via the DFSOPT DD in
  IMS environments. When PRF attempted to use a DFSOPT DD, a U3620
  ABEND could occur under certain conditions.
  This enhancement extends the functionality introduced by IMS
  APAR PH64868 and PTF UO06107 to PRF environments.    ABENDU3620

  This enhancement enables the passing of online dependent region

  If the IMS Program Restart Facility has already been configured
  by using the method described in "14. Copying load modules
  (optional)," you must restore this usermod before applying this
  PTF, and then reapply the usermod updated by this PTF.
