Error description

• During CICS shutdown while handling IPIC workload, you may
  encounter intermittent abends in modules DFHLEPT and DFHSOS22:
  
  ...
  DFHAP0001 applid An abend (code ---/AKEX) has occurred at offset
  X'09A8' in module DFHLEPT.
  ...
  DFHSO0001 applid An abend (code ---/ASOB) has occurred at offset
  X'236C' in module DFHSOS22.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: AKEX and ASOB abends during shutdown    *
  *                      with DFHSO0001 issued.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  A CICS region with IPIC connections is shutdown.
  
  During shutdown processing the Sockets listener task, CSOL,
  closes the region's sockets.  If one of the sockets is currently
  being used by a CISR task to receive data then an AKEX abend
  occurs when the receive is interrupted by the closure of the
  socket.  This is followed by an ASOB abend when recovery
  processing attempts to free a lock which has already been
  deleted.
  

Problem conclusion

• Sockets Domain has been updated to wait up to 30 seconds for
  CISR to complete before proceeding to close sockets.
