Starter deployment is not supported with CP4BA 26.0.0 GA
Symptom:  Unable to deploy Starter deployment with CP4BA 26.0.0 GA deployment scripts.
 

Cause: Starter deployment requires IBM PostgreSQL (CNPG), however, IBM PostgreSQL (CNPG) is not ready with CP4BA 26.0.0 GA.


Solution:  Will be supported with CP4BA 26.0.0-IF001.

Starter deployment not supported for Document Processing in CP4BA 26.0.0-IF001.
Symptom: icp4adeploy-register-gitea pod cannot not be ready when Document Processing is selected with Starter deployment.

Cause: Build related issues. 

Solution: Will be resolved in upcoming iFix. 
26.0.0-IF001
Direct upgrades from 24.0.0 IF009 to CP4BA 26.0.0-IF001 is not supported for Document Processing.
Symptom: You are unable to open or see pre-upgrade Document Processing projects in BAStudio. 

Cause: MongoDB migration fails to complete from 24.0.0 IF009, causing pre-upgrade project data to not be migrated to new CNPG or External Postgres DB instance. 

Solution: Will be resolved in upcoming iFix.

Version
Accumulation of trained pipeline model directories can consume excessive storage
Symptom:  The directory /nextbesttask/trained_pipelines can grow over time as trained pipeline model folders accumulate, potentially consuming a significant amount of storage space.

Cause:  The Intelligent Task Prioritization model is retrained frequently. Each training run creates a new model directory under /nextbesttask/trained_pipelines. Currently, there is no automatic cleanup mechanism to remove older models.

Solution: To reclaim storage space, you can manually delete older trained pipeline directories, as follows: 
  • Do not delete the directory referenced in latest_model.txt.
  • Do not delete the latest_model.txt file itself.
  • The system uses only the model directory specified in latest_model.txt.
  • Keep at least one or two additional trained pipeline directories as a safety buffer.
