Abstract
IBM Storage Ceph is an open-source software-defined storage solution that supports block, file, and object storage services in a single unified platform. Join the Advanced Technology Group for a detailed update on the latest IBM Storage Ceph 9.0 enhancements in the latest feature release. The key topics will cover RADOS core enhancements, as well as updates to Ceph’s NVMe block and S3 object storage services. The presentation will also introduce a new level 2 topic that will focus on the new “Fast EC” Erasure Coding capability in the Ceph data protection rulesets.
