Error description

• Previously, if the replication status of an accelerator is
  ERROR, the "Start replication" & "Stop replication" options were
  disabled. Based on feedback from customers and SMEs, support has
  now been extended to enable these options when the replication
  status is ERROR, in addition to the existing replication
  statuses.
