Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting an online upgrade from Maximo IT Patch 8.1.x November/December patch release to 9.0.x October/November/December patch release, the upgrade fails and does not complete successfully.
Symptom
During the online upgrade process:
- The upgrade from 8.1.x Nov/Dec patch → 9.0.x Nov/Dec patch fails.
- The issue is reproducible only when upgrading directly between these patch versions in online mode.
