How to setup Rhapsody to point to a specified directory when creating a new project

Summary

The rhapsody.ini file is not something you probably had any interaction with; at least not directly. The file controls a large amount of your Rhapsody environment. Some variables are not available "out-of-the-box", but can be added to enhance your user experience.

By default, when a user creates a new project in Rhapsody, the starting location is within the installed Rhapsody software. For example: c:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\Rhapsody\8.3.1\Project
