Prerequisites

The server package of this interim fix requires one of the following versions of Content Collector installed on your operating system:

4.0.1.10, 4.0.1.11, 4.0.1.12, 4.0.1.13, 4.0.1.14, 4.0.1.15, 4.0.1.16

Section 2: Update SPO authentication to certificate-based method; stop ICC services, back up CTMS files, and replace DLLs from IF005.

Section 3.1: Update Microsoft Graph script; back up configs, run Register_ICC_SPO_MG_App.ps1, approve consent, and validate.
Note: Each script run requires a unique appname.

Section 3.2: If using “Replace with link,” update ICCRestoreLinkWeb folder, run CopySPKeys, and restart IIS.

Section 4: Replace afu_mailconnector.jar ; add AFU_MESSAGE_TIME_LIMIT variable; update task route and filter settings.

Section 5: Fix Db2TS indexing failure by replacing afu_icc_ctor.jar files with the updated versions, then restart the db2ts service.

Section 6: Fix ICC Search App (CM8.7 FP1+) by stopping all ICC services → backing up a2_global_lib.xml → replacing it with the file from ifix005\SearchApplication500error → restarting the first four ICC services and reconfiguring → testing the Search Application.
Note: Sections 5–6 apply to FP15; FP16 + CM8.7 support planned for 1H 2026.
