Abstract
The infrastructure for the IBM MaaS360 Status page (https://status.maas360.com) is being upgraded. The new experience provides several benefits, including the ability to subscribe to email notifications, search posted updates, and view notifications in a calendar format.

The infrastructure for the IBM MaaS360 Status page (https://status.maas360.com) is being upgraded to provide a new user experience.
The upgraded IBM MaaS360 Status page includes the following features:
- Email subscription for updates: Subscribe to notifications by email, where the email address must be associated with an IBMid.
- Search function: Search for posted notifications, filtered by category and date.
- Calendar view: View notifications in a calendar format for easy tracking.
Attention: The IBM MaaS360 status page (https://status.maas360.com) will not be available from 09:30 ET to 17:30 ET on 9 January 2026. After this maintenance window, the new status page interface will be available.
The previous version of the status page will no longer be accessible after this date.
Review the possible impacts on your use of the current status page (https://status.maas360.com):
- Previous version of the page
Impact: The previous version of the page will no longer be available. Users will be migrated to the new user interface (UI).
Action Required: Familiarize yourself with the new UI. - Maintenance and incident history
Impact: The maintenance and incident history from the old status page will not transfer to the new status page. Users cannot view notifications about maintenance and incidents posted before 9 Jan 2026 on the new status page.
Action Required: None - RSS Feed link
Impact: The RSS feed link changes. Users who receive notifications through an RSS feed will need to update their feed link.
Action Required: After the upgrade, update the RSS feed link to the new link displayed on the status page. Click RSS Feed on the page. Email notifications
Impact: Notifications posted on the site can be received through email. Users who previously received notifications only through RSS Feed can now receive them through email.
Action Required: Click Email Subscription on the page, then enter your email address to subscribe and receive notifications through email.Important: The specified email address must be a registered IBMid. If you do not have an IBMid, register at IBM registration ( https://www.ibm.com/account/reg/us-en/signup?formid=urx-19776).
