Error description

• Programs compiled with Enterprise COBOL V6.4/V6.5, and ARCH(14),
  that contain a large number of MOVE statements converting data
  from USAGE DISPLAY fields to numeric edited fields have worse
  runtime performance than Enterprise COBOL V6.3. The compiler
  generated inefficient instructions when converting from a USAGE
  DISPLAY to a Numeric Edited, resulting in slower performance.
